The deployed D1 Time Travel recovery window has not been stated. No new Record may be created until the exact 7-day or 30-day boundary is configured and bound to a frozen notice.

Purpose and admission

ROOM Ø has two governed admission lanes. A small public threshold opens pseudonymous seats on the landing page when the owner has explicitly opened admission and verified the support boundary; no organization commissions those Records and no employer receives them. Controlled cohorts are commissioned by a named organization or founder for a stated role and use; each seat receives a hidden, one-use admission envelope. The same private Mark—not another Invitation—opens every return. Absence is never translated into a competency judgment.

What enters the Record

ROOM Ø creates a pseudonymous Record and stores structured choices, written responses, Room drafts, revision versions, server timing, technical status, consent choices, and Approach decisions. It does not request a name, CV, social profile, or employment history. Written Rooms reject recognizable email, telephone, link, social-handle, and disguised-email patterns before persistence, but no detector can reliably identify every personal name or invented obfuscation; participants must keep identifiers out. Platform authentication exists outside the assessment; a contact email enters the Record only when you deliberately leave a Signal.

What is—and is not—measured

Seven Rooms produce twenty observable decisions across evidence use, judgment, consequence awareness, accountability, implementation, adaptation, and job-relevant written communication. Timing, hesitation, answer length, vocabulary, confidence, and revisions are context only. Missing or technically interrupted evidence is Not Observed, never zero.

How return works

The Sequence unfolds across three fixed windows. A Room clock begins only after an explicit Begin action; returning to a page does not start it. Server autosave retains revisioned drafts. An unsynchronized browser recovery copy is ignored after 24 hours and removed the next time ROOM Ø runs; its bytes may remain on an unvisited device until then or until browser storage is cleared, and another device cannot erase it. One private, high-entropy Mark restores the Record. The server stores Marks, admission secrets, and session tokens only as one-way hashes. During entry, the raw Mark can remain in that tab’s session storage so an interrupted confirmation can recover; ROOM Ø schedules removal at thirty minutes and checks again when the tab returns, while a suspended browser may retain the bytes until that next activity or tab closure.

How human review works

No automatic overall score, rank, percentile, personality label, or answer key is produced. Human reviewers examine observable evidence against frozen behavioral anchors. Every cohort declares its review gate: public Records require the bound owner-reviewer; founder demonstrations may require one reviewer; controlled organization cohorts require two independent accounts and disagreement handling. Review starts only after all seven Rooms are sealed and Day Three closes, with publication targeted within seven days. The participant receives a Pattern Extract only after the declared gate. A commissioning organization receives only its controlled cohort’s published Pattern Dossiers, only after Day Three closes and at least five current, completed, visible Records protect the release set. Public Records are never released to an organization.

When identity crosses

Approaches exist only for eligible Records in controlled organization cohorts. A pending Approach always names the organization and discloses role, location, work arrangement, employment type, compensation, a governed reason, next step, commissioning representative, and deadline before asking for identity. Initial Approach language and every pseudonymous corridor message come from fixed, identity-safe catalogs; arbitrary pre-contact prose cannot cross. You may ask a fixed role question or decline. Acceptance shows the exact destination, requires the private Mark, rechecks that the same verified Signal still belongs to the signed-in account, then freezes and releases only that Signal. Later Signal changes do not alter the disclosed copy, and ROOM Ø cannot recall external copies.

Signal and delivery

Public entry does not request an email: returns use the private Mark and downloadable calendar file. In an organization-bound controlled Record, a Signal can be added later from Record Control; it is optional, separately consented, and verified only when it matches the authenticated site account. Calendar return files work without a mail provider. The interface never claims an email reminder was sent unless a delivery provider is configured and confirms it.

Commercial boundary

Public entry has no commissioning organization, charge, or employment offer. For a controlled commission, a brief creates no charge. Organization verification, job analysis, intended use, accessibility, retention, reviewers, scope, contract, price, and invoice terms are approved before a consequential cohort. Pausing a commission is a hard boundary: entry, Room writes, review, reopening, publication, and contact release stop; an already-started Room’s remaining time is restored if the commission resumes without crossing the immutable retention ceiling. A pause may hold an otherwise-due live Record for no more than thirty days; after that, retention enforcement resumes even while paused. ROOM Ø evidence must remain one part of a human decision, never its sole automated basis.
